CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed information may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [July 14th. 2026]By ordering a commission from The Ink Pawn, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. The Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront.
2. The Customer accepts that work on the Commission will NOT be started without payment.
3. Payment through PayPal only.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. The Customer agrees that the Commission will be delivered digitally via email.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to save / store/ back up the commission files once received. The work file for the commission will be deleted to save storage space.REVISIONS
6. The Customer has a right to 2 major revisions in the sketching phase (pose adjustments, proportions) and moderate revisions (tweaking of features and/or garments/props).
7. The Customer has a right to moderate revisions during base colors and rough lighting (shades and placement).
8. The Customer has a right to minor adjustments during shading / rendering (shade and shape tweakings- to my discretion).
9. The Customer has a right to minor corrections during approval of final version (color correction).
10. Major or moderate revision requests will NOT be accepted once the sketch and base colors are ready, unless it's a mistake on my part (like missing items already agreed on, missing lines, items facing/wrapping the wrong direction, wrong colors that don't match the reference, etc.)CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. The customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in US Dollars.REFUND POLICY
12. All works are NON-refundable. Work starts immediately upon payment. Be sure of your order before you pay.
13. The customer has a right to request a full refund IF there's been no progress for two consecutive months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed upon separately, before the work commences. These rules do not apply to work disruptions resulting from unpredictable events, such as illness, accidents, or other formally verified circumstances.
14. The customer is obligated to communicate with the artist in a timely manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication (more than one week) on behalf of the customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the artwork.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
15. The artwork received by the customer is for personal use exclusively. The artwork cannot be reproduced, edited or altered to be sold or marketed.
16. Any use of the artwork for commercial purposes, reselling, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by The Ink Pawn. This will require a separate agreement between the customer and the artist, defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the artwork before any payment is made or work begins.
17. The customer does NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
18, The customer does NOT hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
19. The artist reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full or partial refund (depending on the work done), at any time.
20. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The customer will receive full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. The artist will have full right to refuse any service to the customer in the future.

Commission request

For any and all inquiries please send me an email. I reply and work on requested work during weekdays only.
All WIP (work in progress) images will be watermarked.

CONTACT
To request a commission, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
-Name or username
-Your social media handles: to credit and link to you.
-Commission type: Bust, half-body, etc
-Any add-ons: props, background details, etc
-References: attach visual references for both your character and any elements you want your commission to include (outfits, hair styles, poses, props, etc). I will not design anything from scratch. If you can't find a precise reference image, a sketch or doodle by yourself will do.
-Description: a written description, as detailed as possible, of your idea. You may include mood / theme / poses / emotions, and even information about your character's personality and appearance.

THE PROCESS1. Once I've received your request, I'll check the information you've provided and get back to you.
2. We'll go over the details and, if there's any information or references missing, I'll ask you to provide them.
3. Please note that submitting a commission request indicates your full agreement to my Terms of Service.
4. If I accept your commission, I'll calculate the total price based on what you've requested. If you wish to proceed, I'll send you the invoice for the total amount of the commission.
5. Once I've confirmed via email that the payment has been received, I'll start working on your commission right away.
6. I'll send you WIP images for your approval (please refer to the "Revisions" section of the ToS), for each stage of the commission.
7. Once you've approved the final version, the commission will be considered completed.
8. You'll receive:
a. A full size .JPG or .PNG of your commission, as one layer, for your personal use only.
b. A smaller watermarked version (to prevent theft, reproduction, marketing, or AI use) for you to post and / or share online.
